This is an amazing place, beautiful fully furnished condo with a great location. Docks are great for fishing or just wonderful views of the lake. Gil is a fantastic host, very attentive and always close by if needed. My son has lived there for over two years and I have never worried about his safety, great neighbors and location. Gil has truly been his family away from home and we have been so grateful! Highly recommend this place, truly awesome!

Had a great stay while on assignment in Gainesville. The place was furnished with everything needed. The lake was beautiful & has great docks to fish. Thanks to Gil for being an amazing host.

These Lake Lanier properties are fantastic, fully furnished efficiencies available by the month. Given the location, price and flexibility of month to month rental, they’re a great value. Pictures on the website are accurate. Most residents are in temporary housing transition, or traveling professionals staying locally on a contract. I made great friends while staying here. The owner is extremely attentive and on site often. He takes care of any issues immediately and makes sure tenants are happy.

This property is amazing. First the owner Gill Mende is very kind and helpful, especially if you are trying to find GA Bulldogs on TV. The apartment was clean and very well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I definitely give them a 5 star rating.

This place was my home away from home. As a student who took an internship in a different state not knowing anyone, I had a lot of fears with housing. Gil was phenomenal and the moment we walked through the door, he was a call away and a friendly face to talk to. The view, the peace and quiet, and community made this place truly special. The maintenance was fixed instantly and you never felt as if you were intruding. The moment I left, I was sad. Good news is I took an offer so I am hoping that there will be room for me again in December. If you are thinking about staying here, I promise you it will be unforgettable. If you are Gil, you are amazing and thank you!

This place is my home away from home. As a college student who took a summer internship 14 hours away from home and had a lot of fear with a new state, this place was my safe haven! From the moment Gill greeted me with a friendly smile to sitting out by the docks on the lake, I knew I never wanted to go back home. Gill is the best landlord I ever rented from, he always fixes problems on the spot and never invades on your space. Thinking back there was truly something magical about this place. I can’t wait to come back in December. If you are hesitant on renting, do not be because the moment you drive in you will have found your new home. If you’re reading this Gill, thank you for everything truly and my mom is so happy we found your place.

It has been an absolute pleasure to live here for almost two years. From the day I moved in it felt like home! The furnishings are great and the location is fantastic! Peaceful mornings and evenings contemplating the lake and the nature around it have been my source of peace. Facilities are great and quick response to the rare maintenance issue. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
